About Me
I have 23 years of experience in Product Design and have been leading a team of designers for 10+ years. I currently hold 95+ design and utility patents in the U.S. and am working at Beyond Design in Chicago as a Director of Industrial Design and UEX.
My Story
Accomplished more than 23+ years of product design experience while delivering breakthrough design solutions for world-leading companies such as Johnson controls, Zebra, PepsiCo, Bradley, Skil, WaterPik, Cobra, Hobart, and many others.
I am currently working as the Director of Industrial design at Beyond Design. Previously, I worked at Conair Corporation and Steiner Design Associates as an industrial designer.
After working for 17 years at the firm, I decided to undertake higher education at Northwestern University, selecting the course – Master of Product Design and Development. In this program, not only did I learn how to enhance my project management skills and team-building organization expertise, but was also trained to become a better business leader by gaining skills in marketing, managerial finance, data analytics, and supply chains (leveraging the global supply and design chains across industries and contexts for future growth). I graduated in June 2022.
My Perspective
Brand. Building a meaningful brand that customers can be loyal to.
Strategy. Creating a plan which is different from what rivals do. I believe this will result in outperforming other strategies and help establish a strong brand.
Asking the right questions. Thoroughly observing opportunities and discovering users' unmet needs.
Collaborate. Collaboration is the key to bringing well-processed product ideas/solutions.
Get inspired every day. New innovative product ideas come to market every second.

90% of the projects that I created go to manufacturing. All products are designed with manufacturing in mind
